Who can be scheduled for a Telehealth visit?
Any Unicare patient who has a smartphone, tablet, computer or laptop with video/audio abilities and stable internet connection. Not all your healthcare visits are appropriate for Telehealth. How much does Telehealth cost?
There is no additional fee for a Telehealth visit versus an in-person visit. Unicare will work with your insurance to get these visits covered.
How to schedule a Telehealth visit with your healthcare provider?
Just three easy steps:
Step 1: Schedule a Telehealth appointment by calling your clinic to request a Telehealth visit from the comfort of your own home.
Step 2: You will provide us with your cell phone number which has video and a microphone. There is no need to create an account.
Step 3: Once you schedule your Telehealth appointment, the day of the appointment you will receive a text with a link. You simply click on the link and begin your appointment.
